Refund policy
Taylor Made Lash Supplies strive to supply exceptional quality products. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied, please contact us so that we can resolve the issue with you.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority and we offer this 30 day return policy in exchange for a store credit.
To be eligible for the 30 day return policy the following criteria MUST be met:
- The item must be returned unused, and in its original condition - Unopened and not damaged.
- The exchange must be within the 30 day time frame.
- Proof of purchase must provided (bank statement, online tax invoice)
- Customers must pay for all return shipping costs. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure a traceable delivery method is used when returning goods. Taylor Made Lash Supplies are not held responsible for lost/damaged goods in transit and therefore do not need to issue a credit/refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Contact us with evidence of the damaged item and proof of purchase transaction.
Taylor made strictly do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item with store credit provided.
